Form and Flow Yoga

This special hour on Sunday will be a practice of postures sequenced with attention to alignment details, healthy transitions between poses, and the integration of breath and body awareness.
When we practice in this way we nourish and assist the migration of our QI (chi-circulating life force or energy), leaving us feeling calm, refreshed and mentally strong.
Every yoga practice has at its core, the intention of bringing awareness and equanimity to our mind, body and breath. Yin can be a very special journey.
