All of the exercise disciplines offered at Studio 17 are great for the body when used individually, but when combined and used together as a training regimen, can provide greater benefits and prevent workout burnout. The benefits gained from studying Yoga and Pilates are surprisingly similar, and practicing one can enhance the practice of the other.
